Moschino Spring 2011 from style.com
Finally, an actual post! Will definitely try to update more. NYFW Spring 2011 was kind of a bust in the Nanny-style department and LFW was kind of perfect but the uber pale models (make up, lighting, photo flash, combo?) create an unsuitable Nanny photoshopping situation. (btw, what was with the whole white on white homage to Helmut at NYFW? There was/is only one Helmut and anything else is just a poor substitute. I'm sorry. That's just how I feel.) Anyways, Ms. Anna Della Russo and I can ALWAYS count on a Moschino collection to provide just what we need. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteThis is the most fantastic blog ever!!! Thank you so much for being so creative and bringing my favourite sit-com back to live!! Fran Drescher is my idol. I used to watch her as a child before I understood what the word "fashion" meant! I knew since then that Fran has got an ideal wardrobe! She did wear outfits designed from Moschino in her Nanny episode! I think you should be the new Todd Oldham, Fran's friend and costume designer and life style guru!!!

ReplyDeleteAs a 60 year old straight male, I could give a shit about fashion....however, now that I see these, er, outfits on Franny, well, that's a different story. I think I'm beginning to get it (may take awhile).
